Ok, the bottom part of the touch screen, not the part with the back arrows or the house but just a little bit above that there is this grey bar that you can click or flick to pull up all of your apps, that part of the screen from left to right stopped working today after school, it will just not work, everytime like say i try to drag an app into the trash it just skips the entire thing, and it is not just the gray bar it is anything on that part of the screen. What is the problem, verizon seems to think i should get a new phone, a new droid. Anyone have experience with these phones that can tell me what is wrong and how to fix it other than getting a new phone, any tech people out there, please help me! I'm 15 years old and i will go crazy if this does not get fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!
