Does anyone know what transmission I can use in place of a A4LD Ford out of a 1986

2.9 auto shifter on floor.? I have a A4LD trans out of a 86 Ford Ranger that only now has reverse. What other transmission can I use that will bolt up. It is an automatic on the floor. Thanks for your help.
