does anyone know what this cake is at Chinese buffets / restaurants?

It is lemon and round, about 8 to 10 inches.
It is sliced to make 2 layers with something moist between the layers bit I don't know what it is.
Tastes like there is cream cheese somewhere in the cake recipe.
