the suggested 25K+? I am thinking about leaving my current job and going to work for Eismann, they are offering me salaried position of 12K + £2400 guaranteed bonus. After a trial period I will be able to take on a franchise with them which will cost me certain fees etc. They have told me that the average earnings for a franchisee is 25K but an opportunity to earn loads more. Can anyone be more precise, do you know someone that has a Eismann franchise or works for them. maybe you work for them. I have 2 weeks to decide, one last thing I need to know if there are any running costs and how much they work out at.
