Does anyone know what is the transmission that is in a 1990 Chevy Silverado

4x4 5.7 1/2 ton.? I cannot locate anywhere what the proper transmission is for my truck. I see 4l60-e, TH400 and 700R4, but cannot determine what one my truck requires. Any help would be be appreciated.
 
Your truck had 2 options from the factory, the 3 speed TH400 and the overdrive 700R4.
