I have a 2006 Honda Rubicon ATV and after I washed it, The ignition fuse kept blowing out every once in a while. Then I cleaned the electrical connectors and it th displayed started blinking "--" 13 times in sequence. So I know it is giving me a code 13. I can not find anything to tell me what that code means. I can't even get it to reset the computer. Please can anyone give me advice?
