I would really like to know what anime this character is from. Your help is appreciated.

I think she might of come out in this anime called First Squad. I remember this anime is in russian with English subs. I think they might have done an english dub now but i'm not sure. Here's a video of the trailer i think she looks like the girl that comes out at the 36 secs. mark. I remember i seen those uniforms in this anime. I hope this helps
