...cartoon network? The movie was about an animal(think it's a BEAR),he's trying to sleep in his cave and finally awakes after hibernating,he comes to find out that what use to be a forest got turned into a giant metropolis.It has alot to do with the seasons.The animation style is really similar to fantasia or a Dr.Zeus book and it also has weird songs(that's why i'm going crazy the melody plays in my head but i can't remember the words).IT'S NOT "THE LORAX by Dr.Zeus" this is as close as i've come to what i'm actually searching for hopefully someone WILL KNOW.
