I used to rent it all the time when I was little...
There were like two different parts to it, kind of like episodes.
They both were creepy, like set in an old castle or mansion and I think there was a mad scientist, Frankenstein, and some other people.
The first part they like found a baby on the doorstep, well turns out it was evil and it tried to eat everyone and would just say GOO. all creepy like. and I think it was like a bluish color?
