I watched a movie a long time ago and I don't remember the name or much about it. It would either be from the late 90's early 2000's. I believe it was about a group of students that were trapped in a school. All of the electronics somehow come alive and start killing them. I remember very few parts of the movie. I remember, a wire attaches to a pair of scissors and attacks someone. Also, there's a part when they are trying to escape and they have to try to dodge the rotating survailance camera by ducking behind and runningI between spaced out walls. I do remember it was a ridiculously made movie with the special effects being very cheap looking. I don't remember much more, if anyone can help me I would greatly appreciate it.
