I know a lady who had 3 children taken away from her while she was living in Germany. She was born and raised there. The kids were being left alone and a neighbor was asked to check in on them while she was at the bars partying with her BF. The kids were given back to their Bio-father. She moved to the US with her BF and ended up having kids by him. Does this woman have a criminal background regarding this matter? I know it happened on a military base.
