Does anyone know the developing process for Black and White Kodak TMAX 400 120 film?

I don't seem to find the development process on the box...well, I see the chemicals but does anyone know a reliable and affordable formula...like what type of fixer and developer and baths in between...I figured that it might be cheaper to develop my own film rather than taking it to the store.
 
I was told years ago that film processing is the most polluting process on the planet. So go for it!

The expertise necessary to develop film properly cannot be learned here or in just a few hours. The first class in photography goes over the techniques of developing your own black and white film and then spends the rest of the semester teaching you how to correct your mistakes and get it right, then when you start the second semester, you can concentrate on actually taking interesting photos
