I already tried the 1-800-392-3673 and got no where. Ford told me that the problems I am having with my 03Ford Escape is no longer there problem since I exceeded the warranty on the catalytic converter by 406 miles. The Ford dealer replaced the front & rear converter June-July 2009 and it needs replaced yet again. I am trying to find a better number for corporate to complain about this issue. The above 800 number said I needed to work w/my dealer in solving this issue now. Please help me!!!
