Does anyone know of any really fancy/nice restaurants in or close to Chapel Hill, NC?

I would like to go to a really fancy restaurant on Valentines day with my husband we will be staying in Chapel Hill, NC anyone know of any restaurants like that there? We never get out or get to dress up.
