Harley Davidson Cycles? My Harley has a short and the horn won't work, plus when I turn on the brights they are dimmer than the regular lights. I live in a very small town and there are no repair shops.
1991 Ultra Classic Electric Glide 1470 cc

Obviously you have a short some where and that is causing the drain on your headlights. Unfortunately there are no on line repair guides. There are a lot of forums though. Clymer has a repair guide that is much cheaper than the actual Harley repair manuel. http://www.clymer.com/SearchResults.aspx?mn=Harley-Davidson&mid=115 Good luck and ride safe. I added this later after seeing that you had an electra glide. Most of this info pertains to 1450cc 88cubic inch http://tx-rustler.com/glidegarage/faq.html

What year and model? Iv'e got a few manuals in pdf format, I might have the one you need!
