Does anyone know of a REALLY good cajun restaurant in the Seattle area?

I am taking my boyfriend to dinner tomorrow night for his birthday and I heard of From the Bayou in Tacoma, but I just read the reviews and I'm a bit skeptical. Does anyone have any other suggestions? Need to know by 2 pm 01/09/09.
