processing, and psycholinguistics? I'm interested in studying how the brain understands and stores language, particularly as semantic content (as opposed to syntax or speech interpretation and production). I am interested in studying this and perhaps using it to program models of human language and thinking. I know a lot of this research is cutting edge, so if you don't know of any textbooks, I'd even be happy with names of prominent researchers or schools with big research programs or even just academic papers and research journals. I know how to program and have a degree in philosophy as well as one in English. And I'm not afraid of mathematics. I'm also fascinated by communication studies and psychology and sociology. So I'd be interested in any relevant resources you can throw at me, even if it is something as far out as results from animal communication studies.
