Does anyone know of a device which you can use to take photos, capture

videos and also functions as a webcam? Preferably it should be portable like a camcorder.
Please let me know the site where I can read the review or something. Hopefully it should cost lesser than Rs.6000 or $120.

there are new models of digital cameras(Sony, Canon, etc) now in the market which you can connect to a pc and function as a webcam.
