Im not depressed but I used to be, Im so relaxed lately, the result of a lot of meditation, forgivness, patience etc. But still I know sometimes I can get pulled into anxiety. I dont need a diagnosis. LOL.
I dont need anything to boost my happiness. I just need something that strengthens the nervous system without a bunch of side effects.
