Does anyone know more details about the Storm coming to the east on tuesday/wednesday?

Hey! I live just west of Washington DC in northern Virginia and we just got about 4 or 5 inches from the last snow storm this past weekend..so not much. Does anyone know any details about this supposedly "Huge" rain/snow storm coming to our region on tuesday/wednesday? Is it gonna bring rain? Ice? Snow? Any information would help! Thank you.
 
I set up weather reports from various countries including some parts of the states. MA, PA, NY, TX and OR. I set these up with Yahoo weather. (weather.com) on My Yahoo home page.
