Does ANYONE Know if These Verizon Phones Need a Data Plan?

First off, Verizon is a pain in the ass to get a hold of. I've been trying for three days. Anywho, I JUST want to ask them if some phones require a data plan, because when I searched online people said they didn't but this may have been before the mandatory plans. So can anyone answer me? The phones will be below.
HTC VX6700 Apache
HTC xv6800 Mogul
Palm Treo 700w
Treo 700wx
Blackberry 7250
LG Dare*
LG EnV Touch*
*those don't matter as much, my main concern is with the first five.

Thanks for your responses! I'm going to keep trying with that darn Verizon cuztomer support tomorrow. I'm starting to hate that darn computerized woman's voice...
