Avalon paperback & hardback editions? I've never seen a hardback edition, but I've seen several paperback editions and the font size in those is too small for me to read (yes, I wear glasses already, even with them I can't read it). Someone mentioned having encountered a large print edition, but I've searched numerous sites for months with no luck, so I was wondering if anyone knows if the hardback edition has slightly larger font than the paperback.
