I mailed in my nokia phone 8 days ago I checked the status through UPS and it says that it was delivered 7 days ago. It even showed who had signed for it at the repair center. However, When I go online to the nokia repair status it says that the repair center is pending receipt of my phone. Is the online status accurate? Does anyone know? Has anyone been through this before?
Does anyone know if the nokia care center repair status online is accurate?
