Does anyone know if a 1998 honda civic ex 4 door sold in Canada has vtech? ?

I know the american ex sedan had it, but from what i can tell the Canadian ex is different. For example it doesn't come standard with a sunroof. Thanks for the help
 
if its a ex it should have a vtech. from 96 to 98 ex should have i think a d16y6 sohc vtec engine.
