Doe's anyone know if a 1993 Mercury Topaz (2.3L)has a fuse for the Engine Cooling

Temperature sensor? I have a new E.C.T. sensor but the part I plug into it doe's not have any fire running to it.My fuse box is not labeled.I was hoping someone would tell me it's a fuse and the location of it?
