Does anyone know how to wire a Anzo L.E.D. tailgate light bar on a 1999 dodge ram?

I bought this light bar and it came with a plug for a tow hitch, one problem is i dont have a tow hitch. So i cut it off and it has four wires, 1 is the ground, 1 is the brake light, 1 is the left turn, 1 is the right turn. Does anyone know how to wire this light bar without having a tow hitch to plug it into. Any information would be helpful. Thanks alot
