whenever i connect my htc hero phone to the computer using the usb cable, it cannot find my phone, also i can't use bluetooth on it even when following instructions as other phones just can't find my bluetooth and i can't find theirs when they are both available and on. please help because there's loads of other things with this phone i don't get like how to get more applications to it. thank you to anyone who can help!!
