Does anyone know how to unlock a V525 Motorola?

I have a motorola V525, IMEI: 353870004576616. I appear to have made an unlock code and can't seem to remember what it was. I started going through every possible number from 1 to 9999 but i ended up stopping at 0500. Is there any unlock code I can get or some way to unlock my phone without knowing the code?
 
No. You need to contact your service provider and talk to someone in Tech Support. They can send an unlock code to your phone. (Otherwise, you can keep guessing numbers.)
