I am taking my sons father to court to obtain child custody. My lawyer has asked me to write a disclosure statement about all the facts and details about what has been going on. I have never written one of these in my life and have no idea how to even start one. Do you have any ideas on how to start a disclosure statement and if you do could you please post them. 10pts for the best answer.
