does anyone know how to ship fish.?

i bread some bettas that people want to buy. i've never shipped live fish before i havent got a clue on how to pack them or anything. do you take them to the post office or ups. i just want to be able to have a safe travel for the fish, because someone receiving a dead fish is kind of embarrassing.
 
they usually put them in a plastic bag and put some oxygen into the water and place the bag in a strong cardboard box so it doesn't get punchered.
