Does anyone know how to put an HTML blink tab on tumblr?

I want to be able to capture that user's attention by this "blink tab".
Ive been seeing this on some tumblr profiles and I want to be
able to do the same :). If anyone knows the code, please show me
and instructions how to do so. (Marquee tabs are also fine too)
