Does anyone know how to mount a child's car-seat to a motorcycle?

My daughter is almost 10 months old now! She's about ready for her first trip on Dad's new sportbike. I know she wants to go because she points at the bike when I let her play outside. Problem is I can't figure out how to mount the seat to the bike. I don't think she's old enough to just hold on yet so the seat is probably the smartest idea. Also, should she face backwards like she does in the car. This is a safety issue so I want to know how you guys do it before I proceed. Thanks!!
The bike is a 2008 Honda CBR1000RR.
