Please help. I have 11 months left.?
I have the Blackberry Storm plus 3 other phones on a family plan... Storm is the worst phone ever... and after problems from the beginning screen freezes, dropped calls, and BM service that works only 50% of the time, Storm just died and Verizon says my only option is to do an insurance replacement of the same phone... despite all the problems I've had... unless I am willing to extend my contract. I feel they should stand behind their shoddy product and let me get a different phone without extending my contract. I told them I would drop Verizon all together at the end of my contract. Basically, they don't care. I just want out of the contract. Verizon is way overrated.
