Does anyone know how to get music from your laptop on to a Nokia N97 mini?

Iv just gotten the N97 mini and i have no idea how to get music from my laptop on to my phone. Iv installed the Ovi disk that came with the phone. Iv downloaded my music from the internet on to my laptop. I just cant get the music 2 go from my laptop to my phone!!!!! Someone please tell me how to do it, its driving me mad!!
