Does anyone know how to change the language on a Seat Leon trip computer / car phone.?

My new car is a Seat Leon Ecomotive and has a trip computer and integrated blue tooth set up for phone, it is in Spanish though and I need to change it to English, cannot find a manual anywhere so any help would be appreciated.
