Does anyone know how to analyze where my at&t data is being used

I would like to know where my data is being used. Does anyone know how to do this after the history is cleared?

What type of account do you have? GoPhone history is kept online for six months prior to the current date. Detailed bills from previous billing cycles on contract accounts can be viewed online. SIgn into OLAM and click on Detailed Billing. There is a dropdown list by month and year.
