SECRETS hard back is worth?
I watched an episode of watchdog years ago and they said it was worth quite a bit as the wholePOTTER phenomenon had just taken off.
 
This is my advice:

Put it in a safe place such as a chest or somthing, and hide it away for 40 years, then sell it, and KAPISH! You're a millonaire!
