Does anyone know how much it costs to switch a Verizon account onto your name?

My boyfriend has Verizon (cellphone) and when he signed up for it, he was under 18 so he had to put it on his mother's name.. but he's been paying the bill for over 2 years now, and I was just wondering if anyone knew how much it would cost to put it in his own name, now that he is old enough?
