Does anyone know how military paternity leave would work in my circumstances?

Ok...so...My husband is Active Duty Army graduating AIT on 12/15/10. Right now he is being stationed at Ft. Wainwright in Fairbanks, AK. He has not received his official papers yet so it may change. I am pregnant with our second child due 2/10/11. Aside from not really wanting to make a big move right now I was just told my a friend who's been in the army a while that I have to take a physical and file paperwork to join him that will take up to 6 weeks to process before I can be approved to join him due to its classification as overseas which puts me (if I filed today) at 34 weeks. My husband and our entire household would be moved and I'd have to travel at least 34 weeks pregnant with our 18 month old (not fun). I have also read things saying that the military will not let me move in my 3rd trimester period. I know since we are married he can request 10 days paternity leave. Does anyone know 1) if I will be able to just move there to be with him so that we can be together when the baby is born and 2) if I planned an induced labor would they send him home to be here for the birth...and if so would it be on our dime?
