E Edgar P New member Jul 7, 2010 #1 im 15 years old and if i flex u could tell it s kind of there. right now sometimes i ecxercise, but not constantly cuse im nt sure wt im doin helps. could do 50 crunches, more if i push myself and 200 regular situps, 20 pushups at the most.
