Does anyone know how I can animate a GIF in photoshop but use real photos?

So, basically everywhere else has shown me how to do it with layers being hidden and unhidden blah blah blah. I have some photos of someone juggling and I would like to animate it into a little GIF, but I cannot find how to do it anywhere. If anyone has got any clue or idea, it would be very much appreciated.
