M Moe New member Apr 17, 2010 #1 and valves of a BB chevy? how many turns do i turn it after the ticking noise/o lash has stopped on a big block chevy 454? i keep hearing all different answers like 1/4 turn 1/2 turn 3/4 turn 1 whole turn and 1 1/4 turns. i dont know which is right?
