Does anyone know anything about Zubrag? I used them to get a file uploader?

it works fine, but I can't find my pictures when they are uploaded, can anyone help me with this or help me get a file upload form and let me know where the files will be stored.Or how can I use picasa for visitors to upload pics to my site. Basically I want visitors to be able to upload there pics to my site
