I was a full time employee when I was laid off. After months of searching I found a part time job. The problem is I will be getting less on the job then I make on unemployment. I just learned that I can file for partial unemployment. Does this mean I continue to fill out my regular claim form? and also would this affect my new employer? Would they have to sign papers or anything?
Does anyone know anything about unemployment insurance?
