compendiums worth getting? i love collecting manga or japanese graphic novels. i never liked american comics. the art work seemed to throw me off. during this year i started to collect the walking dead by image comics and fell in love with the series. i want to start collecting some other series that are similar to it in artwork and story. actually im interested in the darkness and witchblade comics. i first played the daekness game and watched the anime and read the manga versions of witchblade. since they are based of the comics, i thought that the original would be better. i wanted to know if anyone can inform me on th amount of volumes in each. also if getting the compendium comics are worth getting. are there different arcs or if the comic has cross issues. i heard that these 2 series cross over. can anyone help me out? thank you.
 
Yes the darkness and witchblade do crossover, and there is a reason because there is a deep connection, the two compendiums are needed as there is I believe one story that crosses over between the 2 series.

Deffinantly 2 of the best series around, and with over 1,000 pages in each well worth the purchase.
