Does anyone know anything about the Ford modeling agency?

Alright so im thinking about submitting an application online to see if they will accept me. I got my parents permission (im 13) and all that other stuff but i wanted to find out a little bit more about the agency since the website doesnt have that much information. If you know anything like the requirements and stuff can you tell me? thanks, and i am aware though that theres a big chance i wont get chosen
