My mother in law started this diet in November and has lost around 50lbs, I started the diet on April 9th. Last Thursday at weight in I had already lost 6.5 pounds and I know I am down at least 5 more now. I enjoy losing the weight, but it is beginning to worry me. Besides on their website I can't seem to find anyone saying good things about it. They have an A with the BBB but I am still a little worried. Has anyone done the diet or do you know any one that has done it?
Does anyone know anything about The Center for Medical Weight Loss?
