Does anyone know anything about Film making education?

I'm thinking of studying abroad, can anyone tell me a Film school (and when I say film school I mean a place where you have student housing and classes and campus and everything not some lousy workshop where youre supposed to show up 3 times a week) where they teach in English for international students? i'm really interested in England Germany Netherlands but others maybe do just as well
