Does anyone know any good 'free' web hosting sites,that allow HTML codes?

Hi I am teaching myself how to wright HTML codes and I want I place were I can practice my codes and I don't want to spend money for it. I would like it to be in HTML but I do know some JAVASCRIPT so that would be nice if it supported both. the closer that it is to starting form scratch the better, I don't want it to be like webs.com or wet paint because I want to wright the code. thanks
