Does anyone know any free web hosts with PHP and FTP with no ads?

I've been looking for one for a while, and while there are zillions of them on teh internetz, most of them aren't very trustworthy, or they place ads on the site. Does anyone know of a free webhosting service that has PHP, FTP, and no ads?
Yeah, I tried t000webhost, but it's been like a month, and I still haven't been "validated". What's up with that?
Thanks Bob! I just checked, and my 000webhost.com account has finally been validated! Odd, eh? Well, it looks great!
Quick addendum - I know that 000webhost supports PHP, but does it support the "mail" function in the free account?
 
I use www.000webhost.com ... I find it to be reliable! Only thing is u gotta log on every 2 weeks otherwise everything gets deleted. Also i think they are going to a paid service in 2012 but thats a ways off.. Otherwise great host! almost no downtime!

EDIT: Not sure on that one... I haven't tried myself. Just after a quick google search i'd say yes, but like i said, I Don't know myself
